Michael Johnson founded this company while having a successful CPA Firm in Las Vegas, NV for over 10 years. He has over 15 years of experience in the Public Accounting field, he has a vast knowledge of accounting and tax issues at both the State and Federal levels.

Mr. Johnson founded the company on a belief that has served his clients well. He found that many businesses were coming to him, because their accountant did not know about the  Employee Retention Credit. He also had many clients impacted by the pandemic, and worked hard to explore every option possible to keep them open. After receiving thousands of dollars for his clients, he realized there was a great opportunity to help many more businesses.  He has a sincere, genuine passion for the field of tax, his job as a CPA and being able to help small businesses.
